COVID-19
Please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 Office Protocol:
Prior to your dental visit:
Please be sure to fill out the COVID-19 Screening form online one hour before your dental visit.
At your appointment:
- We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any given time. Please call our office once you have arrived for your appointment and we will confirm that you may enter the office. If we are not yet ready to see you, kindly wait in your car until we contact you. This will ensure that there are not many patients in the waiting room at one time.
-On the day of your appointment, you will be required to wear a face covering upon entering the office.
-We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find it available in the reception area and other areas of the office to use as needed.
-You may see that our waiting room at this time will no longer offer magazines, video games and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
- Temperature will be taken and recorded of everyone that enters the office with a touch free thermometer.
-Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
After your appointment:
if you test positive for COVID-19 and have had a recent visit, please inform our office to ensure the safety of all patients, staff and doctors.
